At Brain Bear Gummies, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
We're working on expanding our shipping options — stay tuned for updates!
Order Processing
Orders are processed 7 days a week.
- Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same day or next business day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped Monday morning.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, weather, or high-volume shipping periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you right away.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and product
We will review the issue and help resolve it quickly.
